4. Office Listings and Broker Services

• Office Providers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, up to date, and comply with all applicable laws.
• Brokers and Users are responsible for verifying the suitability of listed offices before making any commitments.
• We do not own or manage any office spaces listed on our platform and are not responsible for the accuracy of the listings.
• Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution of listings or broker data from our Site is strictly prohibited.

5. Broker Fees

• We are not responsible for paying or guaranteeing the payment of broker fees advertised on the platform.
• Broker fees offered on the platform are payable to the Broker by the Office Provider.
• The Office Provider is responsible for ensuring that the broker fee advertised is correct.
• Where advertising on behalf of a Landlord, the Office Provider confirms that they have obtained prior consent that the advertised fee will be paid.
• In the event that a Broker Fee is advertised and not paid, Managed Office Network Ltd reserves the right to remove the property from the website and suspend the Office Provider’s use of the site.

6. Payments and Fees

• Some services may require payment. Any applicable fees will be clearly stated before payment.
• Payments must be made via the methods provided in the service contract.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce new fees with prior notice.
• Users agree not to bypass or attempt to circumvent any payment obligations associated with our services.
